We operate as an independent Norwegian practice close to our clients. International cost-advisory capacity and the reported 30+ years of experience come through our collaboration with ERA Group.

Expertise area 2: Leadership & People

Executive search, international mobility and global workforce services are supported by Sperton, our people-services partner. The scope includes executive, strategic and specialist roles.

Xsperto was founded to offer Norwegian businesses independent advice without supplier ties. We are based at HQ in Oslo; international delivery is supported by ERA Group for cost advisory and Sperton for people services, whose combined presence covers more than 60 countries.

Frank has more than 20 years of experience in international business development, change management, executive search, and operational leadership. Through his roles as a global leader in large organisations and as an entrepreneur, he has developed strong expertise in strategy, financial management, and business development.

Today, Frank supports CEOs and CFOs in identifying and delivering measurable improvements across procurement, cost management, interim management, and executive search. Cost optimisation engagements are delivered through a performance-based “no cure, no pay” model, where fees are linked to documented savings and results actually achieved.

Global Recruitment Leader
Erik leads Xsperto's executive-search practice. He holds a degree in marketing communication from BI Norwegian Business School and has more than ten years of experience in recruitment, project management and business development. He became a DNV-certified recruiter in 2023 and has a strong track record of identifying and recruiting senior talent across a broad range of industries.
